Each item is handmade or carefully crafted using premium materials to the highest standards.
We make every effort to ensure product images, colours, and descriptions are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or handmade production.
3. Ordering & Payment
Orders can be placed securely through our website using accepted payment methods (GoDaddy Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, or other listed options).
Full payment must be received before your order is processed.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with order details.
4. Shipping
We offer UK and international shipping.
Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout and may vary depending on destination and courier availability.
We are not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or delays caused by postal or customs services.
5. Returns & Exchanges

- Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

- Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.
